A block of sleeping rooms have been reserved exclusively for this group at the Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel under the group name “SnowEx Conference.”  The room rate is $138.00, which is the current government per diem. 

This block of rooms is available until Friday, June 30th, 5:00 p.m. MST or until it is full. After this date, rooms at the negotiated rate will be available at the hotel's discretion. We encourage you to call as soon as possible to make your reservation.

Contact the hotel directly at (303) 776-2000 or (800) 843-8240 and refer to the SnowEx Conference to receive the special group rate.  All requests, including room type preference etc. will be accommodated upon availability. For all individual reservations, the Hotel requires a guarantee for late arrival (6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time or later) with either a major credit card or deposit of the first night’s room and tax charge. If guests need to cancel their reservation, the Hotel must receive a phone call before 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on the date of arrival in order to avoid a no-show fee of one night’s room and tax charge.
